Wendy Carroll


Wendy Carroll is a part-time weekend news anchor for WIBC. An Indianapolis native, Wendy is a Graduate of Center Grove High School. After being crowned the 1986, 500 Festival Queen, Wendy went on to graduate with a Radio/TV degree from Butler University. While at Butler, Wendy won numerous awards including "Best College Documentary" for the State of Indiana.

After graduating, Wendy worked at Walt Disney World on the MGM Backstage Production Tours in Orlando. Since that time, she's hosted two morning shows, produced entertainment segments, and also works as a traffic anchor.

Wendy lives on the southside with her husband Tim and their two boys Max and Jack. When not working, she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and playing taxi driver to take their boys to all their activities!
